I'm not a professional financial adviser and you should always do your own research. I may hold the cryptocurrencies talked about in the video.

AI Analysis
This video gives you a peek into daily life in Bali, blending personal routine with insights into the local crypto community. It covers everything from managing cheap, dog-friendly accommodation and navigating local transport to engaging in wellness activities and deep-diving into interesting crypto projects with fellow enthusiasts.
Here’s a breakdown of the unique experience:
* Life in a Bali Oasis: * Living in Bali is incredibly affordable; the presenter snagged an amazing place for just $60 a day, which even came with two dogs, Billy and Cookie. He describes the dogs as super chill but sometimes playfully aggressive, making him wonder if their fighting is normal. * Getting around Bali means riding a motorbike, which the presenter admits he had no prior training for and isn't the safest, but it's the standard way to navigate the island's hectic traffic and shortcuts.
* Daily Routine & Filming Setup: * The presenter has a makeshift filming studio, praising his A6400 camera with a flip screen and a portable Rode mic. He really digs this setup because the flip screen allows him to see himself while filming, which is crucial for vlogging. * Workouts are a priority, as he's trying to get fitter and has been trying intermittent fasting, which seems to be helping him lose weight.
* Connecting with the Crypto Community: * Bali has a surprisingly large crypto community, and interacting with these energetic people has been very encouraging for the presenter, giving him a lot of perspective on the long-term goals and developments within crypto. * He meets up with Jeff Kirdeikis (from Uptrennd) at the gym, who is also focused on fitness and intermittent fasting. * They also chat with Clement from Austria, who got into crypto in 2017, buying coins like Ripple, Iota, Ethereum, and Bitcoin. Clement was lucky enough to sell most of his holdings just before the big crash but still kept some, remaining interested in crypto, especially real-world applications in healthcare. The presenter hopes the crypto space can live up to Clement's expectations for practical use cases.
* Wellness and Recovery: * Stretching is highlighted as one of the most important things, especially for people who spend a lot of time hunched over computers, like the presenter has been for the past two years. He encourages everyone to try stretching with massage balls for immense relief. * The ice plunge is described as the "most challenging" but also a "funnest part of the day." Jeff, being Canadian, loves it. It's believed to stimulate lymph and get blood circulation moving by constricting blood vessels. The presenter describes the feeling as painful ("hurts like an SOB") but also incredibly alive and addicting. * Transitioning from the freezing ice plunge to the hot tub is an intense experience, described as "triple pins and needles," creating a "craziest sensation ever" as the body tries to regain sanity.
* Jeff's Project: Uptrennd: * Jeff is passionate about Uptrennd, a social media website built on the principle of "social media how it should be." * He strongly criticizes mainstream platforms like Facebook for "bastardizing" social media through censorship and arbitrary account deactivations (e.g., the presenter was banned for two weeks for no reason). Uptrennd aims to be a platform for the people*, where user data is monetized for the user, and content remains secure without fear of arbitrary deletion.
* Featured Project: Vite: * The video concludes with a strong recommendation for Vite, a third-generation blockchain platform. * Vite uses Direct Acyclic Graphs (DAGs), which is a different type of blockchain architecture that allows for a significant benefit: transactions are free. This means you don't have to pay any VITE tokens for transactions, which is a pretty crazy and appealing feature. The presenter suggests checking out another video with Richard for more details on how this is possible.

In this video, we talk to people about crypto, we play with dogs, work out, and take a giant punch into the ice. So I've been meaning to do this for quite a while now, which is the Bali vlog to show you guys what life is like out here. A little bit of the crypto community here as well. It's actually surprisingly quite a huge crypto community and just have to be really careful walking there because we got... Hey, what's up, Billy? Billy's way chill. He's just like, I kind of disturbed him. Sorry, Billy. So I got this place on Facebook. It's like really cheap, surprisingly. Like you guys cannot guess the price. It's literally 60 US dollars per day in this just amazing place. Came with two dogs. Just kind of taking care of them. So I got Billy and Cookie over here. What's up, Cookie? Nope. It's so chill. So relaxed. Life's good. But anyway, so we're going to show you guys a little bit around who's here. Talk to people. Discuss crypto. See if people are still in it for the good. Building something. And I think for me personally, just being here talking with different, very kind of energetic people. That's been really encouraging for me. And gave me a lot of perspective on what's the long-term goal of crypto. And everything that's being developed as well. This is my kind of makeshift filming studio. We've got the A6400 with this flip screen here. So I can see myself when I'm filming. Got my Rode mic. It's portable. I don't know. Kind of been digging this setup recently. Mostly because of the flip screen. Just being able to see myself and film. That's important. All right. So right now it's around 11.20. We're heading out to the gym to meet Jeff there. Been trying to be working out a little bit. Trying to get fitter. So that's always good. And now we're heading off there. You're going to be really astonished by what transportation I have, guys. Because, you know, I don't think you'll ever expect this. Ta-da! That is my motorbike. So, yeah, never really had any training before this. But apparently that's the way to get around here. Yeah, not the really safest head up. I got a helmet. So, this is really the only time I managed to take footage during the trip. Because it is hectic. And this, my friends, is the shortcut. This is a road path designed for motorbikes. But every car manager just crams their ass in here and creates giant traffic jams. Welcome to Bali. Walking? Yeah. So, I'm doing some vlogs. Trying to make it in one piece around here. What are you going to vlog this time? Um, just Bali life. Yeah. Bali life, workout, everything. It's beautiful. It's nice. Guys, you guys excited for the gym? Wow. Do I look excited? You look like you came from a really good workout. All right. We're going to meet Jeff at the gym. What is up, Jeff? What's up? Gym time. Gym time. It took us a lot to get this one going. It took two days off. And this is going to be day three. I think we're both hurting this morning. We're just like, shit, we got to do it. Otherwise, we're going to be a group. Exactly. But, you know, we're here. So, we're good. We're good. We made it. What are you doing today? Chest and try, man. Chest and try. Nice. Let's pump some Bitcoin. I think you've already dropped, what, two and a half kilos since you've been in Bali for, what, two weeks? Yeah. So, I'm trying to. This intermittent fasting thing helps, though. Right, right, right. But it means you can't eat breakfast, so. Megan's been skipping breakfast, skipping supper. I think you've only been eating between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Hit that, hit that, hit that. Oh, shit. I love how you're doing it just so well with one finger. I'm like, I trust you, Jeff. All right, so we got Clem here. Dude, come in the gym every day? Yeah, every fucking day. It's dedication, man. So, where are you from? Austria. Austria. So, you recognized me from the videos before, right? So, you're in crypto a little bit before? A little bit, yes. I noticed your face. It was... It's recognizable, right? It's a punchable face, apparently. Yeah, really punchable. So, I assume that you got into a little bit into crypto. Yeah. What did you get in? I got in in 2017. 2017? Yeah. Did you get buying coins? Like, what coins did you buy? I bought Ripple, Iota, Ethereum, Bitcoin. Yeah, that's basically here. Yeah. And then, did you keep them? Did you sell them? Did you lose a lot of money? I kept part of it, but most of it sold just before the big crash. So, I'm lucky. So, you got out. Yeah. You got out, but you still kept some. That's good. That's good. So, the original idea. I'm still interested. You're still interested in it. So, right now, what are you doing here in Bali? I did part of the medicine. Uh-huh. And now, I'm finished doing it. Okay. So, are you going to become a crypto guy now? Are you going to... Now, are you... Maybe. Maybe. Nice, nice. If there are some interesting real-world applications that can be connected with medicine, I don't know if it's healthcare. And that's what you're interested in. Yeah, yeah. You're interested in real-world applications, use cases. In healthcare, especially, yes. Awesome. And I hope we can live to those expectations, and I'll see you the next run. All right. So, we're down to the stretch part. It's the stretch zone, yeah. Got the tunings going. Dude. AC on. We've hit our protein bar. The thing has like... It's like this bar this big. I think it has... What is it? 600 calories. This big? Are you sure this big, Jess? It's like... It has like 600 calories, like 40 grams of protein. This thing's a beast of a bar. Nice. And yeah, now stretch time. We've been like... I think our favorite one is hitting like these balls, man. Yeah. Grab one of these bad boys. Oh. This is great. If you've never done this before, you've got to get on this train. Easy. See, this is the best part about Bali. You get people like... They share these amazing stuff, and then you feel so much better. Because like, for the past two years, pretty much, I've been like stuck in a computer, hunchbacked over, and it's just like wrecking havoc on my body. So just getting out, doing some stretches, guys. Pretty much the most important thing in the world. Get down here. We'll show you a good time. Thousand and one things. The big one that I'm the most passionate about right now is uptrend. So it's a social media website. Like, social media how it should be. You know, like Facebook. Just a total bastardization of like what social media should be. Censoring content, deleting people's profiles. I've been banned for like two weeks. Yeah, you've been banned on two weeks. It's ridiculous, man. Yeah, well, not even banned. Deactivated. No reason. So it's like, that's so crazy to me that like a social media platform where you spend 10 years, you know, building friendships, connections, traveling, and they just like, boom, it's all gone. All your data, all your information, that blows my mind. I think like we need a platform that like is for the people, that monetizes your data, keeps your stuff secure. And so that's why I built it. So yeah, that's been my main focus. I got a thousand and one things. We'll dive into that. And we'll check more on uptrend. So guys, yeah, check out Jeff's uptrend and we'll talk a bit more about that. Probably ice plunge is the next thing you're going to be seeing. All right. So we're at the ice plunge. So this is the ice water bath over here. Funnest part of the day, I guess. Most challenging at least. I can see the ice on the sides. Ice on the sides, zero degrees. We're going to do Jeff first. He's awesome. He's Canadian. For some reason I love the plunge. We're good. All right. So why is this good again? I'm going to go for a plunge first. I'm probably going to get breathless as soon as I get out. All right. Go for it. This is tough. I'm going to go for a little green clause. You're like . So from what I know is that it helps stimulate your lymph, gets your blood circulation moving. It's constricting all your blood vessels. So it's helping get things circulating. It just feels so good on my skin. Like I feel so alive. I'm sure there's a ton of science involved in it. But I don't know. Honestly, I just love how it feels. Like it hurts. Like an SOB. I guess we're on our channel. It's fine. Okay. Good. But I don't know. There's just like something so addicting. We know you like to hurt yourself. I'm a masochist. That's the way it is. That's the people in Bali. That's your population. Legit. If you come to Bali, bring some bells. We can choke yourself. Do the Wolverine. Nice. High five, man. I'm just gonna take a few fucking minutes on this. Woo. All right. Like 10 to the least. You know. Massage. Oh, God. Why? Why are we doing this? Oh, fuck. All right. You think if it isn't so easy, you can do a dunk? I'm good. You can do a dunk. You got it. Yes. Yes. All right. You got it. Yes. All right. You got it. Yes. Yes. All right. You got it. Yes. Yes. All right. Now, this is actually one of my favorite parts. Going back into the hot tub. This is like, if the ice plunge was like pins and needles, this is triple pins and needles. It's the craziest sensation ever. Oh. Michael's in his happy place now. There we go. I'm trying to get my sanity back out. I was just like, let's go for a go, man. I'm surprised you plunged, man. That was fucking awesome, man. That's for you guys, man. Yeah, that's for the channel. All right. So we just finished at the gym. How are you feeling, Jeff? You're good. You're feeling like a million bucks. Yeah. Nice. Nice. So it's time for some mega unhealthy food. Is it or are we going to Sensoria? Sensoria is really unhealthy. So where do you want to go? Let's do Sensoria. I want some mega unhealthy food. I love unhealthy food. It's great. We're getting these. Well, this was like four bucks. This is insane. This is like four bucks. Look at those eggs. Those eggs look. Yeah, it's like it's beast, man. This place is awesome. It's supposed to be healthy. Nice. Nice. Nice. Nice. Nice. Nice. Nice. Nice. Nice. So it's time for some mega unhealthy food. Is it or are we going to Sensoria? Sensoria is really unhealthy, so. Where do you want to go? Supposed to be healthy. What has he gotten us into? He's like, we're going to get ice cream sandwiches. So I just got back post ice cream sandwich and all. Dude, I really hit the spot. I know I'm not supposed to be eating like that. Especially when I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight, but I just couldn't help it. These guys are super chill right now. But sometimes they're really playful. I'm going to get this clip. They always fight each other like that. I wonder if that's normal or not. But anyways, I'm always concerned. Like, is this play fighting or leave a comment? Comment below. If you guys like cup dogs. And we got the computer to work on everything. Pretty much. Oh my God. Oh, it's just so stupid here. It's pretty cool. Just downloading all the clips on. And yeah, that's pretty much my day. Going to spend the rest two, three hours editing. Oh, and before we leave here, make sure you check out the project VEAT. They're up for vote in the Binance listing competition next week. And they really need your help to vote for them. What they are is they're a third generation blockchain platform using direct acyclic graphs. Or DAGs if you want to call them. The main benefit is that transactions on VEAT are free. So you don't have to pay a single VEAT for that transaction to take place. Which is kind of crazy. So if you want to find out how that's done and how this is all possible, make sure you check out the video with Richard. I'll put that link up here. And guys, thank you so much for watching this video. Make sure you're subscribed to this channel. See you next video.
